I'm Guy,

I have owned and operated the appliance and sports shop in Te Kuiti for the last 20 years, and bought the Otorohanga shop in 2014. I have been a member of the AppliancePlus group since 2017. Previously I was involved in farming and farming-associated companies.

My spare time is spent fishing or travelling.

I'm Wayne,

I've been the Sales Manager of both Te Kuiti and Otorohanga Appliance Plus for 8 years.

I moved back to NZ from Australia back in 2015 after a 10-year stint in Brisbane and Perth. I count myself lucky that I get to work in 2 awesome small towns.

What I enjoy about my job the most is the locals. They rely on us and trust us for our expert opinions. Everyone knows each other on a first name basis, which makes it a much more personalised shopping experience. We have a great experienced team in our 2 stores and there's always some friendly rivalry and banter between the 2 shops.

Outside of work, I love to cook, garden and spend time with family and friends.

Hi, my name is Clare,

I have been a member of the Otorohanga Appliance Plus team since February 2022.I have really enjoyed learning about the products we stock in the store. We are a small rural town which enables us to get to know our customers well.

Outside of work I enjoy gardening, doing craft projects and hitting the road on my E bike.

I've been working at appliance plus for 3 years as the Te Kuiti and Otorohanga Delivery/Installation tech. I enjoy my job here and it's such a fun place to work.
