Refunds Policy

If you change your mind after you have made a purchase on the website please call Applianceplus on 0800 46 36 36 during normal business hours or email sales@applianceplus.co.nz


  • If your order has not been processed, we will be able to offer you a full refund of your purchase price.
  • If your order has been shipped, we will arrange a goods return authourisation on our behalf. However, you will be charged the cost of the original shipping, the return shipping, plus handling costs. The product must be received back by Applianceplus and be un-opened and the packaging must still be in its original condition.
  • If you change your mind after using the product/opening the packaging, we are sorry but we will not be able to refund your purchase.
