Delivery Policy

Applianceplus will email you with confirmation of your order details and a copy of your invoice. For orders that have been despatched with Courierpost you will also be given a tracking number. You can use the Track & Trace facility on the Courierpost website to track your delivery. For larger items we use Fliways national distribution network.

All orders must be signed for at time of delivery. This is to ensure that we can confirm you have received the product and that it has been received in good condition. The risk of any loss and or damage to the product will pass to you on delivery. We are unable to deliver to a P.O Box address, please ensure you provide a physical address If applicable, estimated delivery charges will be displayed when you complete your order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural/remote location). We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than originally estimated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.


We will endeavour to meet our stated delivery timeframes. However we do not warrant that these timeframes will be met as there are a multitude of different factors that can affect delivery times.

  • For courier items please allow 3-5 working days for delivery
  • For larger items despatch via truck please allow 5-7 working days for delivery
  • For rural areas please add an additional 1-2 working days.


We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures or any delays in delivery times by our delivery network .

If product arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may have access to legal remedies and rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993).

You may have the right to have the product repaired or replaced or your purchases price refunded. If product arrives to you damaged please sign the delivery docket as “arrived damaged”. Please notify Applianceplus within 24 hours of your delivery. Our aim is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
